Also, as an associate member, you will be featured in the event booklet, emailed to all participants prior to the in-person event. You may send either a full color half-page ad (7.5" wide by 4.8" tall press-quality pdf) or provide a brief description of your company and the products or services you provide. This ad or paragraph(s) is due by October 1, 2021. If GCNKAA does not receive any information from your company for your listing, we will simply add your contact information.

This form will be sent to you to complete after you agree to participate this year. HOW IT WORKS
During this virtual Business Exchange, you will be able to meet one-on-one with management companies during 3-to-5-minute+ intervals. Your first meeting will be based on which company name you draw from a basket and then you will continue to rotate around the floor in a clockwise order. Depending on the total number of primary companies that participate and the total number of other associate members who register, you may have to wait a few rotations between meetings.
October 8: Deadline to register for this event AND have your company information included in the event booklet.
October 11: Deadline to submit either one 1/2 page ad (7.5” wide x 4.8” tall) OR a brief paragraph about your products or services, including contact information and website. This will be used in the event booklet distributed to all pre-registered attendees prior to the event. Ads should be press-quality pdf or high resolution jpg files sized correctly. Ad OR paragraph should be emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
October 14: Deadline to register for this event. Your information will NOT be included in the event booklet.
October 15: All attendees will receive the event booklet via email. Booklet will contain a list of all participating property management companies and individual attendees as well as company information.
