The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s 2020 Trade Show is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18 at Sharonville Convention Center. Due to your feedback from the major location change we made last year we are keeping the good ideas and adding more to the 2020 show. Here are the top six reasons you won’t want to miss out! But act soon! The early bird rate of $750 for a booth will expire on Friday, October 18! After that, the booth price will increase to $800 per booth through February 18, 2020, and then $900 per booth after February 18!

Each year, this trade show attracts more than 1000 attendees in the multifamily housing industry who are anxious to build on their already established business relationships as well as shop for new products or services for their communities. YOUR STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO YOUR TRADE SHOW BOOTH Step 1: Reserve your booth and submit your complete booth contract to the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. You can fax this information to 513 407-7868 or email directly to michele@gcnkaa.org. Upon receipt at the GCNKAA offices, a confirmation email will be sent to the trade show representative listed upon contract. Booth price of $800 includes one table, two chairs, pipe and drapes and booth sign ONLY. The Early Bird price of $750 per booth is applicable through October 18. Premier booths are $850 as marked on the floorplan and are not eligible for the early bird special. Click here to download the contract Step 2: Order electric and other services from Sharonville Convention Center. Upon receiving your booth confirmation email from the GCNKAA, contact the Sharonville Convention Center at 513-326-6466 or use this Service Order Form to order your electric and/or other additional hook-ups for your booth. This must be ordered and paid for separately through Sharonville Convention Center. Please note their pricing deadlines. GCNKAA does not supply electric and is not responsible for your ordering and payment. Sharonville Convention Center is not carpeted and the exhibit hall has a concrete floor. Upon receiving your booth confirmation email from the GCNKAA, contact Academy Rentals at 513-772-7898, email critchie@academyexpo.com or complete this order form. This must be ordered and paid for separately through Academy Rentals. Please note their pricing deadlines. Sharonville Convention Center does not accept any shipments, however, shipments can be sent to Academy Rentals. Upon receiving your booth confirmation email from the GCNKAA, contact Academy Rentals at 513-772-1898, email critchie@academyexpo.com or complete this order form. Click here to download the Academy Rentals order form TRADE SHOW ADMISSION POLICY FOR 2020 The GCNKAA Associate Council who sponsors the Trade Show has debated the policy of non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring Associate Members and their employees at the 2020 GCNKAA Trade Show and has adopted the following policy. It has been determined that in order for the significant investment in booth space or sponsorships to be of the highest value and integrity to the exhibitors and sponsors, that Associate Members, their employees and staff, who are not otherwise exhibiting at the Trade Show or a sponsor of the Trade Show, shall not be permitted on the Trade Show floor at any time during the Trade Show. This policy does not apply to any attendance for any Primary or Honorary member of the GCNKAA. The Associate Council requests that exhibiting vendors, GCKNAA Members and staff who witness persons employed by any company who is not a GCNKAA Member, or an Associate Member who is not a sponsor or exhibitor with a proper exhibitor or sponsor name tag, to report such actions to the GCNKAA admission table at the entrance to the Trade Show floor. Any violation of this policy, will result in an invoice to the non-exhibiting, non-sponsoring Associate Member equal to the fee of one (1) 8 x 10 booth submitted to the offending Associate Member Organization. The offending individual or company shall also be banned from all future GCNKAA activities, meeting, or other events, until said invoice is paid in full to the GCNKAA and posted. This policy, in fairness to all, is extended to all Primary Members, such that the Primary Members are specifically requested not to violate this policy by bringing as guests of the Primary Member any person employed by a non-exhibiting/non-sponsoring Associate Member or any other business without the express written approval of the Associate Council. |
