Property Management Sign Up Information
The Business Exchange is where the owner/management companies are the exhibitors and the Associate Members are the attendees. The Associate members circulate in timed meetings. Due to COVID19, this year, we will host this as a zoom meeting.
Owner/Management Companies Registrations
The only investment we ask is your time and to donate one or two $25 gift cards of your choice for the door prize drawings. The Business Exchange is a way to take care of multiple vendor meetings at one time. This is an excellent opportunity to gather the latest price and product information with a personal touch. We respectfully request that owner/management attendees be senior executives who have the authority to make purchasing decisions. To increase the opportunities for our vendor members this year, if you have different individuals overseeing different divisions within your management company (ie Director of Maintenance, Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, etc.), please encourage them all to participate this year. This will allow participating vendor companies to select to meet with the property management individual with whom they most likely do direct business.
Gift cards can be mailed or dropped off to the attention of Michele Klusman at the GCNKAA office, 7265 Kenwood Road, Suite 100, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45236. Please be sure to include your business card with the gift card(s).
Returning This Year
Due to its popularity, returning this year, GCNKAA will be providing all associate members attending this event with a program listing the management company information. This form will be sent to you to complete after you agree to participate this year. Please email a team photo or headshots of individuals attending the Business Exchange on your behalf so that we may include them in the event program. Files should be sent as jpgs or pdfs to firstname.lastname@example.org later than Friday, July 31, 2020.
New This Year
As this will be a zoom event, we will be hosting several different breakout rooms for our meetings. Each individual representative from your company will have their own individual breakout room (we will control the rooms via the GCNKAA zoom account; each representative will be in their own breakout room and GCNKAA staff will monitor people accessing your room according to our schedule.) Therefore, if you have five representatives from your company attending, we will have 5 break out rooms for your company. Please note, however, that the GCNKAA staff will be doing a schedule in advance that will include which associate member will be visiting which room and at what time. To ensure the success of this schedule, we strongly encourage those who commit to make their best efforts to attend. We do understand that emergencies do happen, so if you commit and have to attend to an emergency, please notify email@example.com soon as possible to ensure we can edit the schedule as best as possible. We will also be scheduling two 5-minute breaks throughout the event for our primary members.
