Property Management Sign Up Information
The Business Exchange is where the owner/management companies are the exhibitors and the Associate Members are the attendees. The Associate members circulate the room in three to five minute meetings. This is one of the largest revenue generators for the Apartment Association and your participation is critical for its continued success.

Returning This Year
Due to its popularity, returning this year, GCNKAA will be providing all associate members attending this event with a program listing the management company information. This form will be sent to you to complete after you agree to participate this year. Please email a team photo or headshots of individuals attending the Business Exchange on your behalf so that we may include them in the event program. Files should be sent as jpgs or pdfs to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday, October 1, 2021.

The October General Membership Dinner Meeting featuring our annual elections follows this event at 5:30 pm. A separate admission price will be added to those individuals who want to attend both the event and the meeting. Watch for price of admission to the October GMM to be released soon.
