Event Details

Virtual session where you will learn about the career paths in the multifamily housing industry. Discuss the aspects of the industry including sales, customer service, follow-up, marketing, fair housing, and other legal issues. How service affects sales including the proper way to show a rental unit and the community grounds, move-in ready, and preventive maintenance and service requests. This class will also discuss the importance of representing your company properly, knowing your product, promoting your product, and pricing your product.

Apartments 101 w/ Windy Stone has officially been rescheduled. The event will be virtual. THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT. Attending both days completes the full course. You will use this zoom link below for both days.
