Employee Compensation Survey
2022
The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association recently contracted with Alinti to create and tabulate an updated Employee Compensation Survey for our members.
The surveys inquired into compensation of various positions along with the number of units managed and tenure at the company.
In addition to compensation, a variety of additional benefits were surveyed to understand the breadth and depth of benefits being offered to employees by association members.
A total of 20 companies responded to the survey:
- 15 companies (1000+ units under management)
- 2 companies (200-999 units under management)
- companies (1-199 units under management).
On October 25 at the Kenwood Country Club, we hosted a Management Forum with guest speaker Lewis Waitt with Alinti presenting the results from this survey.
