Raise a glass to Property Rights on May 28th at our annual PAC Fundraiser and Bourbon Tasting. Held at the Revival Vintage Bottle Shop & Bar in Covington, KY, all attendees can contribute to the PAC while sampling a variety of hard-to-find bourbons. You will even have the chance to win a rare bottle of bourbon to take home.  

Revival is the world’s first vintage spirit bar & bottle shop!  It is Kentucky’s premier destination for vintage & hard-to-find Bourbon & Spirits and featured bourbon tasting menu.  Revival offers one of the largest selections of Rare and Vintage Bourbon & Spirits, along with a rotating tasting menu of featured selections to experience in the bar.  Here is a link to just some of the possible tastings available in the tasting room: Covington Tasting Menu - Revival Vintage Bottle Shop and Bar 

In the VIP tasting, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.,  you will have the opportunity to sample hard-to-get bourbons paired with food.  The tasting will contain old vs. new bourbons - so a bourbon from 20 years ago will be tasted against a current bottle.
The general admission ticket includes the full bar which will then open at 5 p.m. with traditional drink options as well as small pours of the old and rare finds and food to pair.
As we head into a very important election year, PAC dollars are vital to boost our efforts to address issues affecting our industry.
Online event registration of $100 or $200 for the VIP Tasting, can be made by credit card. 

An additional donation of $1 per unit is suggested. Please bring your checks to the event or mail them to the GCNKAA offices. 
  • Checks for Ohio can be from a Partnership, a Limited Liability Corporation, or a personal check. Please make checks payable to the Ohio PAC as “GCNKAA OH PAC #739”.

  • Checks for Kentucky must be written on a personal check only and should be made payable to “Apartment PAC KY”.


You can also donate to the PAC via any major credit card. If you have already donated to the PAC, I cannot thank you enough; but we would love to see you and share some bourbon.

For those not interested in bourbon, a full bar will be available with our catered food.
