IRO Meetup: Close Your Year to Optimize for Next Year

We're getting together to answer one question: How are you closing your year to optimize for next year? 

No formal presentations, no slides, no pressure. Your IRO host committee will kick things off, sharing what they're doing right now. Jump in with your own idea or just listen and take notes. Either way, you'll leave with more than you brought. 

Why it's worth your evening: 

• Real results from real owners. Conversations in this group have helped owners lower their insurance costs and find property-management tools that save time and money. Sometimes all it takes is one idea you weren't looking for. 

• A CPA in the room. One of your hosts, Scott Ellsworth, CPA (Ellsworth CPA), will be on hand with an accounting perspective. Bring your "quick question." 

• A checklist to take home. Get a practical end-of-year checklist, including weatherization reminders, before winter hits. 

• Friendly faces. New to IRO? You won't be the only one. Our hosts are inviting owners who have never attended, and they'll make sure you meet people. Your hosts: Heather Barrow, Scott Ellsworth, John Lenhart, Bryan Nelson, Sylvia Nelson and Liz Werner. 

• Door prizes. We'll hold a couple of door-prize drawings (such as gift cards).

• Where: Gather All (Factory 52 area) 

• Parking: Drive into Factory 52 and continue to the back, past Pickle Lodge (formerly Aces), to Gather All. A few spots sit right behind Gather All, with a full lot on the other side. Look for Jenny's Ice Cream across from the entrance.
