Feedback is a powerful tool for growth—when it’s approached the right way. This virtual session helps professionals learn how to confidently ask for feedback, receive it with an open mindset, and turn it into meaningful action. Attendees will explore practical techniques to strengthen communication, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

Director of Learning & Development
Desiree has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry as a learning and development professional. She is an expert in various areas, such as career development, facilitation, customer experience, leadership, and more. To her credit, she holds a Bachelor's degree from Rollins College, serves as NAAEI Faculty, and holds the NAA CAPS designation. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor for the Residential Property Management program at Valencia College. Her facilitation techniques provide tangible resources, and her approach is full of laughter and fun.
